Sol Speech Therapy Refund and Cancellation Policy – Short Version
Services:
Your purchase of our Sol Speech Therapy services indicates your commitment to participate. However, we understand that unexpected events can occur. You may request to reschedule a one-on-one session with at least 24 hours’ notice. This can be done only once. If rescheduling is not possible, a 50% refund will be issued. For pre-planned workshops or group sessions, no refunds or rescheduling are allowed.
Physical Products:
If you wish to return a physical product, you must initiate the return within 15 days of purchase with a valid reason. An unboxing video is required for returns or refunds. The final decision rests with us.
Digital Products:
All sales of digital products are final. No returns or refunds are allowed.
Sol Speech Therapy Refund and Cancellation Policy – Long Version
The following terminology applies to this agreement: “Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the Company’s terms and conditions. “The Business,” “the Company,” “Sol Speech Therapy,” “Ourselves,” “We,” “Our,” and “Us,” refers to our business, Sol Speech Therapy. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance, and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner, whether by formal meetings of a fixed duration, or any other means, for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services/products, in accordance with and subject to prevailing law of the United States. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or, he/she, or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to the same.
Services:
One-on-One Sessions:
- Clients may request to reschedule a one-on-one session with at least 24 hours’ notice. This rescheduling option is available only once per session. If rescheduling is not feasible, a 50% refund will be issued.
- Requests for rescheduling or refunds must be made via email to support@solspeechtherapy.in
Workshops and Group Sessions:
- No refunds or rescheduling are allowed for pre-planned workshops or group sessions once payment has been made.
- However, clients can notify us at least 24 hours in advance if they are unable to attend, we can try for option to join the client in the future sessions, if possible. The final decision rests with us.
Physical Products:
- If a customer wishes to return a physical product, the return must be initiated within 15 days of purchase.
- Returns will be accepted only with a valid reason, and an unboxing video must be provided as proof.
- The final decision on returns and refunds lies with Sol Speech Therapy.
Digital Products:
- All sales of digital products are final.
- No returns or refunds are allowed for digital products once they are downloaded.
General Refund Process:
- To initiate a refund or rescheduling request, please contact us at support@solspeechtherapy.in with your order details and reason for the request.
- Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7-10 business days of approval.
Modification and Termination:
We reserve the right to modify or terminate services and the Client-Company relationship at any time for reasons such as, but not limited to, dangerous or criminal behavior on the part of the Client, inappropriate or offensive behavior from the Client, or irresponsible or disrespectful behavior from the Client. Sol Speech Therapy will notify the Client of the reason for termination or modification and notice that it is effective immediately on the day that we contact the Client about modification or termination. In such situations, at the discretion of Sol Speech Therapy, a refund may or may not be issued for any remaining sessions or services that were paid for but not completed.
