Akshaya

Akshaya is a passionate RCI-certified speech language pathologist with a Masters degree in Speech language pathology. She believes in providing a holistic, tailor-made, and evidence based intervention to help every individual meet their communication needs.. Communication is the essence of life, and she  finds joy in helping people find their joy, by expressing themselves. She enjoys her work, and she feels it’s very important to make the process smooth and enjoyable for those obtaining services too. Her interest lies in working with children and adults who have communication, voice, and swallowing disorders. She also loves empowering the families and caregivers of those with special needs. She believes it’s very important for every individual to feel included in this society, and She wishes to make a difference in people’s lives, and make every voice count.

M.N.Anusha, is a RCI licensed Speech-Language Pathologist and Audiologist. She received a Bachelor in Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology from MERF-Institute of Speech and Hearing, Chennai and is currently pursuing her Masters Degree in Audiology at All India Institute of Speech and Hearing, Mysuru. She has worked in a variety of settings including public and private hospitals, and clinics, with both adults and children. Her areas of interest include Child Language Disorders, Speech Sound Disorders and Fluency Disorders. She has worked with a diverse range of clients and has practiced on several virtual Simucases. She has also been researching in the field by improving services and treatments. She has been a part of ‘Sol Speech Therapy’ since 2023 and continues to work with dedication, enthusiasm, and make a meaningful impact on the lives of her patients. Beyond her professional pursuits, she is an enthusiastic advocate for the field of Speech-Language Pathology, actively participating in community outreach and professional developments.

Shruti​

Shruti , a RCI licensed speech-language pathologist with. Masters degree in speech language pathology. She is a dedicated SLP and work towards improving communication and the quality of life for individuals with speech, language, and swallowing disorders. There’s nothing more joyful than being part of someone’s journey to have their voice heard and finding different ways to help them navigate the world we live in. She truly believe that every individual is unique, with their own way of learning and unlearning. It’s up to us to see beyond our own perceptions. As a lifelong learner, she is always committed to professional growth, staying updated on best practices to provide the best care for her clients.

Sriabinaya Ilangovan is a RCI licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (MASLP) with a warm, compassionate attitude. She has extensive experience in assessing, treating, and diagnosing Speech, Language, and Fluency disorders. She completed her bachelor’s at Vinayaka Missions University and pursued her Masters at Bangalore University. Her practice is centered on client-led, strengths-based, and relationship-based, involving parents as key partners in the therapeutic process. She regularly collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure skills carry over into daily life. She has also conducted parent training programs to help families support their children at home. Her area of interest resolves around preschool and school-aged children with Autism, ADHD, Stuttering, and Speech Sound Disorders. She is also an AVAZ-certified professional and currently pursuing certified therapeutic play practitioner for children with special needs. She finds joy in creating a fun and enriching therapy environment where children thrive to build their unique communication abilities.

Abinaya

Megha

Megha is an RCI certified speech language pathologist. She is currently pursuing her degree in master’s in speech language pathology at Bharati vidyapeeth, pune.
Her primary area of interest lies in treating children and adults with communication disorders. She believes in inclusion of the disabled with emphasis on neurodiversity affirming practices and working on connection over compliance. She has a few years of experience with telerehabilitation, where she develops client specific material for intervention and to empower the families. She emphasizes on holistically improving the quality of life of individuals with special needs.

Saleth Monica, The Founder​

Saleth Monica is an RCI-certified speech-language pathologist and the founder and head SLP at Sol Speech Therapy. She holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology from Sri Ramachandra Institute of Higher Education and Research.With over 10 years of experience in private clinics, hospitals, and special schools, Monica has dedicated her career to working with both adults and children with a range of special needs, including speech delays, autism, and communication disorders. 

Monica is trained in the NLA Professional Training Program to support gestalt language processors and is a certified AVAZ AAC professional. She creates personalized therapy programs tailored to each client’s needs, involving parents in sessions to enhance outcomes. Beyond clinical practice, Monica is a guest speaker at national conferences, workshops, and professional forums, where she shares her knowledge with students and fellow professionals.  Passionate about creating Indianized digital and physical speech therapy materials, she aims to make learning engaging, accessible, and hands-on for diverse learners.
